Delivery & Returns
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact email@example.com.
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
HYR aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with all labels attached.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
UK and Northern Ireland customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return shipping details.
Package item(s) and completed Return Form into the original or suitable packaging and send to the HYR Returns address marked on the form. All customers must provide own shipping label and postage costs.
Please ensure items are well packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Please return packages with trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to select the desired item and be responsible for new shipping costs.
Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days of us receiving your items.
